When is the best time of year to move?
Our moving services are available year-round, but we tend to be busiest in the summer. You may have no choice on when your moving day falls, but of it comes in the summer months, be sure to book your moving truck early.
How long will my move take?
There is no easy answer to this question, as every move is different. Much will depend on how much stuff needs to be moved, as well as the distance from your old home to your new. We aim to complete every job as quickly as possible and will give you all the details in your free price quote.
How are my goods taken care of during the move?
Your goods stay in our possession from the moment the truck is loaded at your old location until it arrives at your new home. We take pride in ensuring that everything arrives in the same condition it left in.
How do I keep my kids happy during the move?
Moving house can be particularly distressing for little ones, which is why we suggest that you get them involved as much as possible. Allow them to vent their feelings and take time to explain the details of the move and why it is necessary.

Are all packing materials the same?
No. You potentially run the risk of having your items damaged if you pack them in sub-standard materials. We use packing materials that are specific to certain items, as this helps ensure their safety through the entirety of the move.
How do I move all my clothes?
If you have suitcases, you can use those for moving your everyday wear clothing items. Cardboard boxes are usually not a great idea. For your expensive clothing items, we suggest keeping them on hangers and making use of our specially designed clothing boxes.

How will you help me get settled in my new home?
We can make sure that all your items are placed in the rooms where they belong, and we can also set-up items such as beds, that needed to be broken down for the move.
Can I bring my vehicle along?
Yes, we can arrange for your vehicle to be transported to your new location within Australia.
Are there any items I cannot bring on the move?
Goods that are deemed to be prohibited or dangerous in Australia cannot be removed and should be disposed of beforehand. View our blog for more details.
